Cheesecake Labrador – Executive Director

Meet Cheesecake - the heart, soul, and unofficial boss of mydogbeloved.ch. With years of experience in napping under desks and sniffing out great ideas (especially when cheese is involved), Cheesecake brings a unique paw-spective to leadership.

He’s responsible for strategic tail-wagging, final product approvals (via the sniff-and- snooze protocol), and team morale — always keeping spirits high with his calm presence and contagious good mood. Every new leash or collar must pass his “would I proudly wear this at the park?” test.

Off the clock, Cheesecake enjoys sunset strolls, gourmet treat tastings, and keeping an eye on everything happening in the kitchen. His mission? Making sure that every dog — big or small — feels loved, stylish, and part of the family. He reminds us every day that joy, color, and loyalty are what really matter — in life and in business.

Coco – Customer Experience Manager

Coco is the calm in the chaos. She listens more than she barks, observes more than she jumps, and always notices when something’s not quite right — which makes her perfect for leading customer experience at mydogbeloved.ch.

She’s the one who reminds us to slow down, take a breath, and focus on how things feel. From choosing the softest materials to testing comfort in real-life dog moments, Coco makes sure everything we send out brings real joy — not just to the dogs, but to their humans too.

Outside of work, Coco is all about water. Lakes, rivers, puddles — if it splashes, she’s in. She’s not one for drama or loud rooms. Give her a quiet spot, a gentle breeze, and someone she loves nearby — that’s her kind of perfect day.

Demi – Junior Product Tester

Demi may be the youngest on the team, but what she lacks in experience, she makes up for with unstoppable energy. As our official Junior Product Tester, she’s in charge of stress-testing every product - from intense tug-of-war sessions to high-speed zoomies with a harness on.

Nothing escapes her curiosity. New leash? She’s already pulled it through the garden.Packaging box? Climbed inside. Treat pouch? Somehow opened. Demi’s playful chaos keeps us on our toes and ensures that everything we offer stands up to real-life dog adventures.

Off duty, Demi rarely hits pause. She prefers chasing butterflies to lying still and believes rest is highly overrated. Wild, hilarious, and absolutely full of life — she’s the joy-spark that reminds us why we do what we do.
